Joy Movement?
The Joy Movement is a global, community-driven initiative created by KonMari to help people reconnect with what matters and practice joy in ways that are shared, lived and sustained.
It starts small

Why the Joy Movement?
Over the last 10 years, we watched a simple practice change how people live. When people choose what sparks joy, they feel lighter, make clearer choices, and create more peaceful homes and relationships.
But today, joy fades fast. We live in a world that is, in many ways, untidied. There is information overload, constant noise, emotional clutter, and less mental space. In that kind of world, it becomes harder to hear what matters.
So we created the Joy Movement as a simple practice you can return to regularly, and a community that helps joy travel from one person to the next.
